  1. I do not know my log in details. Please could you resend my username and password?

  5. The automatic companion matching gives me too many choices, some of which are not in my specified search criteria. E.g. I get matches for 20 year olds when I requested 40-50 year olds.
  6. I have tried to upgrade my account but when I put in my chosen username and password it tells me that they are already in use by someone else, even though I was able to use them to sign up as a trial member.
  7. I don't wish to continue receiving my Weekly Member Emails but cant find a way of stopping them - Click here to have them stopped.
